The support I offer is a reflection of who I am and my life experiences. I am a human, learning to live with her willing and open heart, and on her own continued messy human/ healing journey. What I offer comes from the places in me that identify (and are certified) as an Earth Medicine Practitioner, Shamanic Practitioner, Trauma/Addictions Practitioner, Space Holder, Tender of The Sacred-The Magic-The Mystery, Lantern Holder, Spiritual Activist, Winter Woman, Earth Crone, Creative.
My life calling is to follow the Natural Rhythm's of the Life-Death-Life cycles, as taught to me by my Indigenous Teachers and shown to me by my Celtic/European Tribal Ancestors. Honouring The Earth Medicine and Shamanic Way I walk between worlds with Love in one hand and Grief in the other and teach others to do the same. Here in the Sacred of Shaenalach Healing I hold space for myself and others. My focus is on Life-Healing. Life-Healing is not healing to fix; rather, it is Healing to LIVE. I have experienced and witnessed, that by moving away from a place of fixing and toward a place of relationship with the full Self, the shadow and the light, and all Living things, we bring healing to the past, present and future. My 'job' is to cleanse, clear and clean the way, as you navigate your healing and restorative/rebirthing journey. **My intention is held in the offering of spiritual & holistic healing with in sacred space. The purpose is to facilitate growth and development that fosters and supports the intentions & wellbeing of those who sit with me. **You will note that most of my offerings offer a slider scale. Retreats of HEALING & CELEBRATION
After facilitating retreats on my own, for over a decade, (2012-2023) my desire moved to coming along side the curiosity and possibility ignited by the interest of those who are seeking the experience of a transformative time in retreat.
**Retreat refers to a dedicated period of time spent away from everyday challenges for the purpose of rest, spiritual reflection, or personal development.**
If you have an event, a group, a gathering, for which you are interested in having me hold space, create content, assist in guiding participants into a transformative morning, afternoon, day or weekend I am asking to be called upon.

Since opening my coffee house in 2021, I have hired Catherine to come in once a year to hold circles with/for myself and my staff. Catherine is truly an example of someone that is capable of touching souls deeper than most. Not only are her services authentic to what she provides and stands for, but her energy, connection and understanding of this earth, really provides a shining example, of how to show up. Having a staff primarily of women, these circles provide a great understanding and connection amongst us as a team, and also as people living on this planer in our day to day lives and experiences. I reached out to Catherine to inquire if she would be interested in holding space for a women’s retreat at my lodge in the mountains between Lytton and Lillooet. I was introduced to Catherine by a mutual friend of ours who had been attending Catherine’s retreats for years. This is how our journey together began back in 2023, and continues.
Catherine and I work very well together, sharing ideas as the retreat programs come together. To date, we have put on 3 multi day retreats, for 17 women, April of 2023, 2025 & 2026. Catherine's knowledgeable experience have been an asset and support. Each Retreat has been a huge success and I look forward to continuing this work with Catherine.

In May of 2024 we invited Catherine to join us at Loon Lake for the day to hold an earth medicine healing circle and one on one sessions with our 19 participants attending our Annual Seniors Meditation Group Retreat. In the morning she held a meditative healing circle for us all, and in the afternoon she offered one on one session with any of the participants who were interested. Catherine brought such a healing and beautiful presence to her meditation circle that all of the participants decided to do a one on one session with her in the afternoon! Catherine is an experienced, intuitive facilitator whose generous spirit opens a door inviting in healing, comfort and deeper understanding of this human experience. We loved Catherine's wonderful spirit so much we called on her again, April of 2026 to hold a morning circle for our group. This time is was held in one of our homes. It was filled with Healing and Peace. We will definitely be utilizing her offerings again.

In this Healing Circle we are invited to re-member what it once looked like to be in community with other women; not fixing, advising or comparing, but instead standing with and honouring one another exactly where we are at. We sit in Sacredly Held Space, following the rhythms of the seasons, listening to the compassionate spirits who walk with us, while engaging with the medicine. Let us travel together, companions on this path and wild journey of Life,
making the way clearer for ourSelves and those who come after us.
