Step into a transformative 4-week immersion to awaken and heal the sacred feminine within. Through ritual, ceremony, dreamwork, and embodied practices, we’ll explore the archetypes of the Mother, Sister, and Wise Woman—those timeless inner guides who hold our deepest wisdom, power, and compassion.
Many of us carry subtle imprints around these archetypes—old stories, ancestral patterns, or unmet needs that shape how we love, nurture, and express ourselves. In this journey, we’ll weave healing and remembrance, creating a safe, soulful space to reconnect with the radiant essence of the feminine and restore balance to the heart.
Our journey begins February 1st, 2026, on the Full Moon at Imbolc—a sacred Celtic festival of renewal and returning light.

- Dreamwork, Affirmation Ritual & Dream Journal Books — exploring night-time guidance and symbolic re-parenting.
- Journey Meditation – Gaining Support — connecting with ancestral guidance and nurturing energies.
- Somatic Grounding & Nervous System Repatterning — anchoring safety and inner calm.
- Dream Incubation for the Inner Mother — cultivating night-time guidance for re-parenting.
- Group Reflection & Journaling — integrating experiences and setting intentions.

- Dream Ritual: Reweaving the Threads of Sisterhood — receiving dream symbols to restore connection and compassion.
- Medicine Wheel Teachings / Sacred Self & Shadow Self Interactive / Love Affirmation Ritual — engaging the Mental Self and the Wisdom of Peace while reconnecting with the Sister within.
- Somatic Movement & Co-Regulation Practice — rebuilding embodied safety and attunement with women.
- Guided Dreamwork & Journaling — integrating insights from dreams into relationships and self-awareness.
- Meditation – Threads of Sisterhood — reconnecting to belonging, support, and feminine community.

- Heal relational and ancestral patterns through embodied practice, dreamwork, and ritual.
- Develop somatic and nervous-system tools for emotional regulation and inner safety.
- Reconnect with Earth Medicine as a pathway to remembrance and empowerment.
- Build a personal dreamwork practice bridging night-time insight with waking integration.
- Experience embodied empowerment, voice reclamation, and renewed confidence in intuition, self-expression, and connection.
- Join a nurturing community of women walking the path of remembrance together.

Author | Dreaming Guide | Death Doula | Transpersonal Psychology
Tree is a published author, TEDx speaker, and practitioner in the field of Transpersonal Psychology, specialising in dreams, death, altered states of consciousness, and psychedelic integration. A graduate of the Alef Trust in Psychedelics, Altered States & Transpersonal Psychology and a CPD Certified Death Doula, Tree brings depth, compassion, and experiential insight to her work.
She teaches at the College of Psychic Studies, The Psychedelic Society, and She’s Lost Control, guiding students in the art of conscious dreaming, esoteric practice, and spiritual embodiment. Her creative background in music, writing, and film continues to infuse her teachings with artistry and imagination.
As a Dreaming Guide, Tree helps individuals explore their inner realms through lucid dreaming, oneirogenic plants, and ritual practices. As a Death Doula, she supports those at the end of life with spiritual, emotional, and practical care. Tree is the author of several books, including Dreams, Conscious Dreamer, A Spell A Day, and Dreamwork, with more titles forthcoming.
